COVID-19:”New Norm”

Be positive... stay negative! 😉

During this time of uncertainty...

I'd like to reassure you of the routine in my personal practice

& that is does comply with both town & state orders!

EACH CLIENT CAN EXPECT:

  • New clients/visitors to San Miguel County are not being booked at this time, I do apologize for this inconvenience.. If you are an existing client, living in San Miguel County, please feel free to BOOK ONLINE

  • Client understands, signs, and submits COVID-19 Liability Waiver that will be sent to you by text before scheduled session or you can SIGN HERE

  • Currently, I have reduced hours in my practice. I will work to get everyone in accordingly, but please be patient. It has been 3 months and everyone needs bodywork!

  • Extra time is being accounted for between each session to ensure the safety and wellbeing of you & myself. This means I do not have time to take on as many sessions per day. It also means that you will not come into contact with other clients.

  • Please wait in the communal seating area, you will be greeted here before the start of your session. At that time, your temperature will be taken with a contactless forehead thermometer and I will spray your hands with hand sanitizer. Your shoes should be left just outside the door. Once in the treatment room, you will be asked to wash your hands for 20+ seconds with soap and water in the sink provided before your session begins & after the session ends

  • ALL linens including: sheets, towels, blankets, eye covers, bolster/pillow case covers are exchanged for clean linens

  • ALL surfaces including: lotion & oil bottles, essential oil bottles, tables, shelves, chairs, doors, door knobs, iPad, pens, clip boards, etc... will be disinfected thoroughly

  • I will wear a face mask for the duration of each session & I am most definitely washing my hands with soap and water for 20+ seconds before and after each session, as well as regularly throughout each day. Also, wearing a clean shirt and leggings with each session.

  • If I have any reason to believe I am becoming ill or have been in contact with someone who may have been ill, I will cancel ALL sessions necessary

WHAT I EXPECT OF MY CLIENTS:

IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR FEVERISH AT ALL OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19... PLEASE RESCHEDULE/CANCEL YOUR SESSION!!!

  • Please in consideration of the other businesses in the McIntosh Building & the community, wear a comfortable face mask as you arrive to your session! The hallway is narrow and does not comply with the 6ft personal distancing order

  • ALL clients are required by law to keep a face mask on for the entire duration of the session

  • Please minimize the amount of personal belongings you bring to your session

  • Please come to your session showered.

  • Each client will place ALL personal belongings into a clean/disinfected plastic container with a lid prior to their session, minimizing the contact of there belongings with any surface within Telluride Bodyworks

  • Please limit the amount of surfaces you may come into contact with before and after your session

  • Please understand that I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy and I will charge you for the full price of the session if necessary. This does not apply if you are sick or need to take care of someone who is sick.
  • I look forward to seeing your beautiful masked face & to working with you again! It’s been a long time! Also, I am open to any suggestions you may have! I want you to be comfortable and happy during your session!

Healing Love & Light,

Sarah
