My Story
California born & raised, Sarah Szczech(Sarah Shakti) is a Licensed Massage Therapist(LMT). Practicing the art of healing since 2006 & healing the beautiful people of Telluride, Colorado since 2009. With focus in Sarga Bodywork, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Ayurvedic Massage & Bodywork, Thai Abdominal Massage, & Reflexology.
Continuing education, increasing her knowledge in different techniques & modalities, as well as traveling to learn, has taken a large role in her continued practice. Learning from teachers Amy Hastanan, Sharon Heller, David Roma & Kelly Scott, she keeps her Thai, Sarga, & Ayurvedic practices growing, evolving, & changing. Every session is unique, tailored to your needs at that specific time.
Sarah Shakti is also a certified yoga teacher. In 2015 she completed a 200 hour YTT from the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm & has completed 100 hours of the Kaiut Yoga Method training to date. 2023 has been the year of knowledge taking on an Ayurvedic Massage & Bodywork practice, as well as becoming a Certified Sarga Bodywork Practitioner.
Passionate about her practice, she strives to provide comfort, relaxation, & healing results for her students. On occasion, her sweet pup Daisy will be nestled under the massage table during a session!
Sarah Shakti also loves to travel and get outside in her free time dirt biking, hunting, hula hooping, hiking, snowboarding, rock climbing, slack lining, & all around adventuring with her family & friends!
